Our Mission
At Your Journey Speech & Language Therapy, our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate, collaborative, and client/ family-centered care. Each client's journey is unique and extraordinary. We aim to identify our client’s abilities and focus on empowering our clients to achieve their goals. Each session concludes with a celebration in which we recognize and reflect on the
progress toward the goals.

Meet
Reesa Antony, M.S. CCC-SLP
WELCOME!! Reesa is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who specializes in speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
From working with pediatric, school-age, adult, and geriatric populations, every therapeutic encounter Reesa experiences is special. Whether she is working with a young toddler with limited expressive communication, assisting a client in preparing for a job interview following a traumatic brain injury, or helping a caregiver in supporting a family member with memory or swallowing problems, each client's path is unique.

Reesa focuses on a person and family centered approach to help her clients be successful. She believes that establishing a trustworthy and collaborative relationship with her clients and their families/ caregivers empowers individuals to be successful.
Reesa earned her Master’s in Communication Science and Disorders (2006) from the College of St. Rose and her Master’s in Public Health (2018) from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Reesa holds her certificate of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Reesa is licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York. She holds certifications in LSVT LOUD for Parkinson’s Disease, PROMPT Level One, and Compton PESL trained for Accent Modification.
In Reesa’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, hiking, photography, and hanging out with her family pup, Lincoln.
Reesa is very excited to be a part of “Your Journey” to help you reach your speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
